As a Parisian stylist who fell in love with Valencia and El Cabanyal in particular, it took me almost 2 years to find this jewel of modernist architecture. Renovating this jewel box is like going from darkness to light. The place had been uninhabited for more than 50 years before we embarked on this crazy renovation project. Two years of work revived the flat's unique character and gave it the top-of-the-range comfort and elegance it deserved. We saved most of the original features and replaced some of them identically. We restored and repainted all the doors and stripped the French windows. All the bedding, towels, crockery and furniture were carefully selected. All the kitchen appliances are top-of-the-range. Some of the decorative elements, such as the cushions, are my own creations. Just a stone's throw from the magnificent Malvarosa beach, all you have to do is indulge in the charm of this place, right in the heart of Cabanyal.
